Participants at this workshop gained insights from experts on retail trends and future opportunities. This half-day event offered a collaborative forum around topics related to the Livable Centers and Pedestrian/Bicyclist programs at H-GAC.
The Houston-Galveston Area Council hosted a three-part workshop series focused on how to attract private development for our Livable Centers Study Sponsors. Workshop 1 'Land/Property and Regulation/Permitting' was held on Friday, May 10, 2013 followed by 'Finance, Incentives and Value Added' on June 21st. A third workshop was held on September 7, 2013.
