How to Submit Your Reports

Once your grant is in the Compliance Phase, you will be required to submit vehicle reports on a quarterly basis. Submissions can be done online, via the Clean Vehicles Quarterly Reporting Portal.

You will receive an email from the Clean Vehicles Program granting you access to the Portal. If you have not yet received this email, please contact the Clean Vehicles staff for assistance.

The Portal will automatically identify the current report due, the vehicles associated with your grant, and the previous reports’ data. Total calculations will be done automatically.

Our aim is to reduce errors and reduce the amount of time spent processing the reporting data.
