About Us
The Corporation for Regional Excellence is the non-profit arm of the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC). Since 2003, the Corporation has provided financial support to enhance the programs and services of H-GAC and local governments in the H-GAC region.

Eligibility
Any member local government in the 13-county H-GAC region, including Austin, Brazoria, Chambers, Colorado, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris, Liberty, Matagorda, Montgomery, Walker, Waller, and Wharton counties.
Pricing
Service fees may apply and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The corporation will track incoming funds and disburse them to approved entities or individuals at the direction of the local government. Proposed service fees will vary depending on the nature of the request and agreement.
