The Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) High Performance Leadership Academy (HPLA) is a comprehensive 12-week online program tailored for busy, high-performing professionals looking to enhance their leadership skills.
With content curated by top industry leaders, the curriculum provides best practices in leadership, organizational development and change management, negotiation and collaboration, effective business communication, and how to deliver increased value from high-performing civic leaders.

How much does it cost?
In partnership with the Professional Development Academy, H-GAC is excited to provide a $1,000 scholarship, making enrollment $1,995. Act now and receive an additional $500 discount per participant when you reserve at least 10 seats.
