Transportation Air Quality Subcommittee
The purpose of the Transportation Air Quality (TAQ) Subcommittee is to assist in the identification, analysis, and development of cost-effective emission reducing Transportation Control Measures (TCMs) and Voluntary Mobile Source Emission Reduction Programs (VMEPs) for on-road sources which will help meet regional air quality improvement goals. Additionally, this subcommittee works to implement new or expand existing Transportation Demand Management (TDM) projects or programs that meet cost effectiveness standards which are then implemented locally within the region.
