4. Approval of Friday, January 22, 2021 Meeting Minutes Summary (Secretary Grady Prestage)

5. Approval of Resolution recognizing the service of Maureen Crocker (Chairman Kenneth Clark)
   Chairman Clark will recognize Maureen Crocker for her service to the TPC and request approval of Resolution 2021-08

6. Approval of Modifications to the Membership of the Transportation Safety Committee (TPC Nominating Committee Chair)
   TPC Nominating Committee Chair will request approval on modifications to the membership of the Transportation Safety Committee.

7. Approval of Resolution for the North Houston Highway Improvement Project (Old Business) (Craig Raborn, H-GAC)
   Mr. Raborn will present on the Resolution for the North Houston Highway Improvement Project and will seek approval on Resolution No. 2021-11 as a substitute for tabled Resolution No. 2021-01.

8. Amendments to the 2021-2021 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and the 2045 Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) (Vishu Lingala, H-GAC)
   Mr. Lingala will seek TPC approval to the amendments on 2021-2024 TIP and 2045 RTP and approval of Resolution 2021-09 and Resolution 2021-10.

9. Amendments to the 2021-2022 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) (Neely Kim, H-GAC)
   Kim will present on the proposed amendments to the 2021-2022 UPWP and will request TPC approval of Resolution UPWP 20/21-05.

10. Update on Development of 2021-2022 Unified Planning Work Program (Neely Kim, HGAC)
    Kim will give an update on the Development of 2021-2022 UPWP work program

11. Proposed Regional Transportation Plan Amendment Process (Adam Beckom, H-GAC)
    Beckom will provide information on the proposed RTP Amendment process.

12. Requested Amendments to the 2045 Regional Transportation Plan (Vishu Lingala, H-GAC)
    Lingala will provide an update on requested amendments to the 2045 RTP.

13. Air Quality Conformity Results (Graciela Lubertino, H-GAC)
    Lubertino will provide a summary of results from the latest air quality conformity analysis.
