How to Report an Incident
Choose from one of five externally available methods with Lighthouse Syntrio to report an incident. Reports can be made anonymously, and all information is treated with the utmost confidentiality.
If you opt to download the Lighthouse Anonymous Reporting App to submit a report from your mobile device, please review the Lighthouse Anonymous Reporting App Instructions for assistance. For email or fax, be sure to include "H-GAC" in your report.
