Designing for Impact: Low Impact Development Implementation Workshop
This workshop focused on some of the common challenges local communities face when implementing Low Impact Development projects and policies. Attendees learned how local governments can incentivize Low Impact Development through their development codes and ensure that Low Impact Development features are properly installed and maintained.

Participants of the Low Impact Development Mobile Workshop toured four existing Low Impact Development projects in the H-GAC region. Project team members shared the “Low Impact Development story” of each of the developments on the tour, including, Queenston Manor Apartments, City of Houston: Fire Station 90, Bagby Street, and Mandell Park.
