4. Approval of Wednesday, November 18, 2020 Meeting Minutes Summary (Chairman Trent Epperson)

5. Appointment of 2021 Transportation Advisory Committee (TAC) Nominating Committee (Chairman Trent Epperson)
   Chair Epperson will make appointment of the 2021 TAC Nominating Committee.

6. 1. Amendments to the 2021-2024 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and the 2045 Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) (Vishu Lingala, H-GAC)

   2. Changes due to the 2021-2024 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) Fiscal Constraint and Amendments to the 2021 TIP and 2045 RTP (Vishu Lingala, H-GAC)
      Mr. Lingala will present information on the amendments to the TIP and 2045 RTP and will seek TAC recommendation to TPC approval on Resolution 2021-2 and TDC Resolution 2021-3.

7. Amendments to the Public Participation Plan (Francis Rodriguez, H-GAC)
   Ms. Rodriguez will seek TAC recommendation for TPC approval to the amendments to the Public Participation Plan.

8. Amendment to the Unified Planning Work Program (Neely Kim, H-GAC)
   Ms. Kim will present on the amendment to Unified Planning Work Program and will request approval of the amendment.

9. Update on Safety Performance Measures and Targets (Stephan Gage, H-GAC)
   Mr. Gage will give an update on Safety Performance Measures and Targets.

10. Congestion Management Process-2020 Update (Alan Rodenstein, H-GAC)
    Mr. Rodenstein will give an update on the Public Comments received on the Congestion Management Process.
