Annual Listing of Obligated Projects
The Annual Listing of Obligated Projects provide project-level details on the use of federal funds over the course of an individual year. All projects for which additional federal funds were obligated* are described in the reports, along with information on project status. These reports are required under Federal regulations governing the metropolitan transportation planning process (23 CFR §450.332) and are developed in cooperation with the Texas Department of Transportation and local public transportation operators including the Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County (Houston METRO).

* Federal Funds Obligation: The Federal government's promise to pay for the Federal share of a project's eligible cost. This commitment occurs when the project is approved and a Federal project authorization agreement is executed or modified.
