Gulf Coast Regional 9-1-1 Emergency Communications District Data Request

Data Use Agreement

I am an authorized representative of and in that capacity, I acknowledge that we have requested Gulf Coast Regional 9-1-1 Emergency Communications District (GCRECD) GIS data file(s) from the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC).

We have been made aware that the GCRECD data file(s) requested are the property of H-GAC and that such files are for use only within my company/agency/organization. Should we receive a request to share the GCRECD data file(s) in any capacity with someone outside of my company/agency/organization, we agree to not share the data and will instead forward the request to one of the two contacts on the following page.

We acknowledge that the GCRECD data is intended for general reference only and that GCRECD/H-GAC makes no claim as to its accuracy and neither assumes nor will accept liability for its use. As stated, the GCRECD data is intended for informational purposes only and may not have been prepared for or be suitable for legal, engineering, or surveying purposes. We acknowledge that it does not represent an on-the-ground survey and represents only the approximate relative location of property boundaries. We also acknowledge that mapping may not reflect on the ground conditions and that the use or reproduction of the GCRECD data without acknowledging the Houston-Galveston Area Council as the source is strictly prohibited.
