The data which you are being provided is the property of the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC). H-GAC has developed this data from a variety of datasets and inputs, and the data represents H-GAC’s best judgment as to the values provided within the datasets provided. H-GAC does not warrant the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of the data being provided.

Moreover, H-GAC makes no guarantees regarding the positional accuracy and/or value accuracy of the attribute data being provided. H-GAC is not required to notify the user of any changes, revisions, additions, and/or deletions to the data being provided. H-GAC cannot be held responsible for any changes, revisions, additions, deletions, and/or misrepresentations that the user makes regarding this data. H-GAC also does not warrant the accuracy, timeliness, and/or completeness of such changes, revisions, additional, deletions, and/or representations.

Furthermore, any publication, presentation, analysis, and or mapping product created (public or private) using this data should acknowledge the Houston-Galveston Area Council as being source of the data. In addition, any sharing of security logins and/or passwords required for access to H-GAC data and/or the data itself with those outside your referenced project is prohibited unless approved by H-GAC.
