5. Amendments to the 2021-2024 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and the 2045 Regional Transportation Plan (RTP)
   Request TAC recommendation for TPC approval of Resolution No. 2021-29 (Staff Contact: Jim Dickinson)

6. Approval to Fill Vacancies on the TAC Subcommittees
   The Chair of the TAC Nominating Committee will present recommendations from the Committee and will seek TAC approval to fill the vacancies on the TAC Subcommittees. (Staff Contact: Patrick Mandapaka)
    

7. Approval of Recommendation to the Amendments of the TAC Bylaws
   The Chair of the TAC Bylaws Committee will present recommendations from the Committee and will seek TAC recommendation of the TPC approval on any amendments to the TAC Bylaws (Staff Contact: Craig Raborn)

8. Update on the Montgomery County Precinct 2 Subregional Study
   Ms. Mullins will present on the Montgomery County Precinct 2 Subregional Study (Staff Contact: Carlene Mullins)

9. Update on the Livable Centers Program
   Ms. Hollmann will provide summary on the Livable Centers Program and Report Cards (Staff Contact: Anita Hollmann)
