The 2013-2016 TIP Call For Projects has Ended
H-GAC opened a 60-day Call For Projects for the 2013-2016 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) on May 1, 2012. Applications for funding under this Call were received through August 1, 2012 and were evaluated for project readiness and potential benefits using criteria adopted by the Transportation Policy Council (available below).
At this time, approximately $446 million of funding remains available in the 2013-2016 TIP for roadway, ITS/Operations, transit, pedestrian/bicycle and Livable Centers Initiative (LCI) projects. Public comment is currently being solicited on candidate projects which remain eligible for funding consideration. These projects have been categorized based on the likelihood of inclusion in a recommended program of projects (‘Likely’, ‘Possible’, or ‘Unlikely’).
