5. Approval of the Congestion Management Process (Alan Rodenstein, H-GAC)
   Mr. Rodenstein will present information on the 2021 Update of the Congestion Management Process and will seek TPC approval of the Resolution 2021-12.

6. Resolution in Recognition of May as Bike Month (Susan Jaworski, H-GAC)
   Ms. Jaworski will present information on the recognition of May as the Bicycle Month and will request TPC approval of the Resolution 2021-13.

7. Framework for Future RTP Amendment Process (Adam Beckom, H-GAC)
   Mr. Beckom will request TPC approval of the framework for regional transportation plan amendments and to direct staff to work with the RTP and TIP subcommittees on a comprehensive amendment process.

8. Public Comments on Amendments to the 2045 RTP and the Air Quality Conformity (Vishu Lingala, H-GAC)
   Mr. Lingala will provide an update on the public comments received on the amendments to the 2045 Regional Transportation Plan and Air Quality Conformity

9. Update on Subregional Planning Studies (Allie Isbell, H-GAC)
   Ms. Isbell will provide information on the on-going Subregional Planning Studies in Southeast Harris County, Montgomery County Precinct 2, and Liberty County.

10. Employer Survey Results (Deborah Mayfield, H-GAC)
    Ms. Mayfield will present the results from the Employer Survey.
